Through the current age of the workplace it is an absolute must for employees to be aware of their rights and power within it. Having a centralized, unaffiliated, hub of this knowledge and history of how to take action will empower individuals to pursue a better life in relation to their work and leisure. A community driven and supported entity that will stand beside, aid, and inform what is the current and will be the future workforce of America to bring us to a point of workers entering a state of betterment.
